A co-founding partner of JB's Tool and Machine, Brandon has over seven years of experience in manufacturing processes that include metal fabrication, laser cutting, water jetting, robotic/manual welding, CNC bending, and much more. He has received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Louisville and is currently earning his MBA from Northern Kentucky University. Brandon has worked as a mechanical engineer since 2016. He brings practical and hands-on experience that will ensure an accurate and quality product is milled each time.
Brandon Pierce
One of the founding partners of JB's, James Elder has been instrumental in quality control and sales aspects of the business. His background is Industrial Engineering receiving a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville as well as an MBA from there as well. James has worked in ERP/MRP management full time for 6yrs and knows aspects of Fabrication/Welding/Assembly to ensure proper set up in MES systems. This experience will help provide industry knowledge to the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
